Motorcycle Rental Agreement

Key points of our legal agreement with the customer.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

The Agency rents to the Customer the motorcycle detailed in the agreement, for personal use and exclusively during the agreed period.

2. Rental Duration

The rental period shall be as established in the agreement, with clearly specified start and end dates and times.

3. Price and Payment Method

The rental price shall be as agreed in the contract for each day of use. Full payment, along with a security deposit of 1000 USD per motorcycle, must be made in full at the time of signing the agreement.

4. Security Deposit

The deposit will be returned to the Customer upon delivery of the motorcycle, provided it is in the same condition as delivered, minus any charges for repairs or excessive cleaning if applicable.

5. Insurance

The motorcycle is insured for third-party damage. The Customer must have personal health insurance covering accidents or injuries. The Agency is not responsible for personal damages suffered by the Customer during the rental.

6. Customer Obligations

• Use the motorcycle responsibly and in accordance with Panama traffic laws. • Do not transfer, sublease, or allow third-party use without written authorization from the Agency.
